How the State of Texas Practices Tammany Hall Style Corruption - Junk Flashing Jury Convicted Attorney Shane Kersh in a News Article

Are there any places apart from the State of Texas where a jury convicted ex-convict on three counts of sexual crimes can retain a license to practice law? And, where this same ex-convict can get away with a judgment that describes his sexual assaults on a client (a full description is available in this Houston Chronicle news article - as "oppression," to disguise the nature of the filthy behavior involved to someone who might just skim the headlines. It helps to be Texas Governor Greg Abbott's buddy. It also helps to be a lawyer in the State of Texas where the Texas Bar can be depended upon by every lawyer committing a crime in that state to be helped at every step including in the matter of retaining his license. One would think that a body of lawyers wouldn't coddle criminals, especially one of them, but hey, this is Texas! No hat and no cattle either! More in my next post.
