I have sent YouTube information about Shane Kersh aka Shane Alston Kersh's sexual offense conviction and am having them look at the dirtbag's channel. I hope Google will take it down. If they don't, I will file a complaint against them with the California State Attorney General's Office for allowing a convicted sex offender to use a Google / Alphabet Inc property possibly for nefarious purposes. It is interesting how Shane Kersh / Shane Alston Kersh runs a YouTube Channel and exploits Google services to peddle an entirely contrived and fake image of himself across social media. The good thing is that this convicted sex offender's crimes and the Houston Chronicle article about his conviction come up instantly together with the many fake reviews that he and his henchmen and women have posted across social media when someone does a web search. It is time to bring his YouTube channel down. This disgusting pervert and scummy dirtbag deserves to stand exposed and to be run out of the legal profession altogether. In a just world, he would serve jail time and be forbidden from stepping into a court as a lawyer. In Texas, criminals get coddled and protected instead.

The original indictment that led to Shane Kersh aka Shane Alston Kersh's conviction, is far more graphic than the sterile "oppression" conviction would suggest. The State Bar of Texas openly colluded with one of its members and almost certainly worked from behind the scenes with the judges involved - Kersh still practices law in the same courts that found him guilty for the crimes that he was accused of - to help this filthy human being escape with a conviction record that both sounds more palatable than a sexual offence, and that almost certainly allowed the Texas Bar to wink and allow Kersh to continue to practice law. Can you name other states where sexual offenders continue to hold licenses to practice law? Go ahead if you can. I'll thank you if you do. Tammany Hall style corruption? It is much worse. Texas is a pile of weeks old dung stinking the United States up.

Are there any places apart from the State of Texas where a jury convicted ex-convict on three counts of sexual crimes can retain a license to practice law? And, where this same ex-convict can get away with a judgment that describes his sexual assaults on a client (a full description is available in this Houston Chronicle news article - as "oppression," to disguise the nature of the filthy behavior involved to someone who might just skim the headlines. It helps to be Texas Governor Greg Abbott's buddy. It also helps to be a lawyer in the State of Texas where the Texas Bar can be depended upon by every lawyer committing a crime in that state to be helped at every step including in the matter of retaining his license. One would think that a body of lawyers wouldn't coddle criminals, especially one of them, but hey, this is Texas! No hat and no cattle either! More in my next post.
