I have sent YouTube information about Shane Kersh aka Shane Alston Kersh's sexual offense conviction and am having them look at the dirtbag's channel. I hope Google will take it down. If they don't, I will file a complaint against them with the California State Attorney General's Office for allowing a convicted sex offender to use a Google / Alphabet Inc property possibly for nefarious purposes. This is the Facebook Profile of Patrick Bulanek, a judicial hack appointed by Greg Abbott to provide injustice in Brazoria County TX. Bulanek works with convicted sex offender Shane Kersh to hand children like my daughter Mehar to felony convicted (and sentenced to 300 hours of community service) mothers whom the child called 911 on for trying to strangle her. Bulanek is a typical example of Texan corruption and stupidity. He cannot come up with his judgments without reason or incentive. When a simple Google search shows conviction records of a person (for animal cruelty) he can;t be ignorant of how to check up on that person's background unless he is incompetent. Or stupid. Or corrupt... How long will it take to get justice in Texas? If ever... In any case, there's time to build a website and take Bulanek on as he will be running for re-election next year.

Are there any places apart from the State of Texas where a jury convicted ex-convict on three counts of sexual crimes can retain a license to practice law? And, where this same ex-convict can get away with a judgment that describes his sexual assaults on a client (a full description is available in this Houston Chronicle news article - as "oppression," to disguise the nature of the filthy behavior involved to someone who might just skim the headlines. It helps to be Texas Governor Greg Abbott's buddy. It also helps to be a lawyer in the State of Texas where the Texas Bar can be depended upon by every lawyer committing a crime in that state to be helped at every step including in the matter of retaining his license. One would think that a body of lawyers wouldn't coddle criminals, especially one of them, but hey, this is Texas! No hat and no cattle either! More in my next post.
